Boogie Wipes and Back to School

I remember when Madison was first in daycare (you know, before all her issues) and was getting sick all the time. I was a first time mom, I was panicked (ok, maybe in Madison's case, rightly so, but we didn't know that yet), and the pediatrician calmed me down by telling me that all kids go through the constant cold stage when they're around a lot of kids for the first time. If they don't get them in daycare, they get them in preschool; if they miss out in preschool, they'll get them in kindergarten. But short of putting your kid in a bubble, you're going to have to deal with runny noses at some point.

Turns out, that once we got Madison's issues resolved, that it actually worked for us. Madison might have spent a good portion of her baby years with a snuffly nose, but she didn't miss a single day of preschool. Sure, she had a runny nose from time to time, but nothing that slowed her down or couldn't be fixed by teaching her the art of nose blowing.
